Scope and feedback
Landing pages include up to 8 sections, business websites up to 5 pages and shops up to 20 products. All three include 2 consolidated feedback rounds within the agreed direction.
Handover and external costs
At handover, you receive the agreed website and access to your own accounts. Materials and source files are described in the proposal. Third-party licences follow their own terms. New features and extra pages are priced separately.
Ongoing support
We agree goals, scope, follow-up and terms for monthly work. Search rankings, sales and advertising returns cannot be guaranteed.
How is a year paid?
Annual payment covers 12 months of service and is paid in full upfront. The price is 10 times the monthly price, including the Meta add-on. That is a 16.7% saving compared with 12 monthly payments. Other terms are agreed in writing.
What is paid separately?
Platform subscriptions such as Shopify, apps, licences, domain and payment fees are separate. Care includes hosting for websites we host ourselves, but excludes platform hosting. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta. New ad accounts and campaign setup are priced separately per platform.
What do SEO and edits cover?
Care covers up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month for websites and 60 minutes for shops. Visibility optimises up to 2 existing pages per month: local SEO for one website and one location, or product and category SEO for shops. New articles, extra locations, larger design or code changes and other projects need a separate proposal. Basic SEO in a new build is separate from this ongoing work.
