How we handle information from this website.
LEV Web is operated by LEV Systems ApS, company registration number 46070070, the controller for information processed through these information pages. Contact support@levweb.dk. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand site use and improve content. Data includes visit time, pages viewed, device type, browser information, a cookie identifier and broad geographic information. Google receives the connection IP address during collection. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses of visitors in the EU, Switzerland or the UK. The legal basis for analytics is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
Analytics is optional. Before you accept analytics, and after you reject it, the site does not load Google Analytics or send analytics information to Google. We do not collect your contact fields, message text, URL parameters for analytics. We do not use the information for personalised advertising.
Google provides the analytics service and processes the collected information. Google may process information outside the EU/EEA, including in the US. Its terms describe use of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for international transfers. See the linked Google terms for information about recipients and safeguards.
Your cookie choice, the time of that choice and the policy version are stored in local browser storage. The choice is valid for 180 days, after which we request a new choice. Analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days without renewal on page visits. Google Analytics has separate retention settings for user and event data; cookie expiry does not automatically delete analytics already collected by Google. We use the statistics to assess and improve the site over time. Contact us about retention or deletion of information. The current Google Analytics settings are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The user-data period may restart with new activity. Standard reports containing aggregated data do not necessarily follow these periods.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Turning analytics off stops future measurement and deletes the site’s analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
On pricing pages and the contact form’s currency selector, we use GeoJS to suggest a currency based on the connection’s country: USD in the US, DKK in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, otherwise EUR. Your browser contacts GeoJS directly, so GeoJS receives your IP address. We receive only the country code and store it temporarily for the browser session. If the lookup fails, we use EUR. You can always select a currency yourself. This lookup is separate from Google Analytics.
Your browser language suggests a language. Language and currency you select yourself are stored locally in your browser for future visits until you clear local browser data. They support the functions you request and are not used for analytics.
When you submit the contact form, we receive your email address and message, plus any name, business and service choices you provide. We use these details to reply and potentially agree a service, not for marketing without a separate legal basis. The legal basis is steps before entering a contract where applicable and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f). Resend processes the email during sending and stores email data in the United States. The message content is kept in our inbox while the enquiry or any subsequent agreement requires it and where required by law. For abuse prevention, duplicate control and troubleshooting, we keep a limited technical journal. It holds hashes of the IP address, the submitted content and the sent email, plus a request ID, time, status and, where available, the provider's email ID, but never message text or contact fields in clear text. Rate-limit events are removed on the next journal operation once older than 24 hours. The request-ID, hash, status and timestamp records are retained for as long as the duplicate guard can receive the same IDs, because a random ID without a record could trigger a fresh provider call. The journal is closed only after a documented, permanent closure of the contact form or a separately reviewed migration that rejects all old IDs; it is not reset, rotated or rebuilt while the form is active, and deletion happens in a controlled way on closure or safe migration. Inbox and provider storage of the email itself is separate from the journal. Do not include sensitive information in your message.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@levweb.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency through datatilsynet.dk. You do not need to accept analytics or provide information to use the information pages.
If your browser cannot save a refusal in local storage, we use an essential refusal cookie. If both cookies and local storage are blocked, your choice can apply only to the current page. Withdrawal reloads the page without analytics.
