Is hosting the same as maintenance?
Care includes standard hosting for websites we host ourselves. Shopify and other platform subscriptions, apps, licences, domain and payment fees are separate.
Can you take over a website built by someone else?
It may be possible. We first need to review the site and confirm the necessary access and permissions are available.
Are new pages and features included?
Larger changes are normally agreed as separate projects. The proposal distinguishes ongoing edits from further development.
Is there a guarantee against downtime?
No. No website is free of issues. We agree responsibilities, support and any backup arrangements specifically, without promising uninterrupted operation.
