How we work
From your needs to delivery.
- 01
We map the store
We agree products, variants, delivery areas and integrations. This makes the scope and ongoing costs clear.
- 02
We build the shopping experience
Design and catalogue structure are brought together with the agreed payment and delivery options. You review the content along the way.
- 03
We test before opening
We review a purchase from product to order confirmation and agree your workflow before the store opens.
Questions and answers
The practical details before we begin.
Can you help with an existing store?
Yes. We first review the store and your needs, then agree whether the work concerns design, structure or a more extensive change.
Are all products included in the price?
Product and variant counts, along with work on product data, are agreed in the proposal. Larger imports and existing data cleanup are scoped separately.
What ongoing costs should I plan for?
Store subscriptions, payment fees, optional add-ons and support can be separate costs. We show the known cost categories in the proposal.
Can the store connect to my other systems?
We check the specific systems and available options before committing to an integration. Accounting, inventory and shipping can require separate setup and subscriptions.
